I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Lakehead University and my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

My clients are the experts of their own lives and I work collaboratively to help create meaningful and lasting changes.
